Warranty

A 12-month warranty against faulty parts applies to all our products unless otherwise specified.

Clearance items are covered by a 30-day satisfaction warranty.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and check for any damage or missing components. Any damage or missing items should be reported to Budget Awnings within 7 days of receiving the order.

Our warranty covers faulty parts and manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, accidents, modifications, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from strong winds, storms or severe weather conditions.

We recommend taking appropriate precautions and securing or retracting outdoor blinds and awnings during strong winds or severe weather.
