Refund policy

Returns are accepted for sealed, unused items in their original packaging.

Customers must contact Budget Awnings and arrange the return within 21 days of receiving the item.

For eligible returns, a full refund of the purchase price will be provided once the returned item has been received and inspected.

The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

A 10% restocking fee may apply if the original packaging or box has been damaged.

Custom-made and modified blinds or other custom-made orders are not eligible for a full refund. In these cases, a maximum refund of 50% of the purchase price may apply.

All refunds are subject to the condition of the returned item and packaging.
